Hey, have you heard that “Women on the Move” (WOTM) is currently interviewing candidates for their nine-month program which focuses on supporting women who find themselves in life~challenging situations?
WOTM assist with vital and meaningful steps to improve the status of women in areas of employment, education, housing, finances, self esteem, health and wellness, and stress reduction tactics through weekly workshops, individual coaching, and group support.
Candidates must be:
- The financial head of the household;
- Employed with a job that pays below the living wage or is actively seeking employment or is currently attending school to enhance their employability
- Struggling economically with transportation, housing, child care, medical issues, etc.
- Must have high school diploma or GED!
This program runs from September through May and meets weekly on Wednesday nights 5:30 – 7:30 pm at:
St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center,
