A true leader, Rosabel has completed prestigious programs such as Leadership Rochester, the Latino Leadership Development Program with the United Way, and the City of Rochester’s LeadOn Supervisor Program. Her commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by her certifications in Nonprofit Management from St. John Fisher College and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University. In her role as Director of Operations for the City of Rochester Police Accountability Board, Rosabel has dedicated the past three years to driving meaningful change and fostering a more accountable and transparent community.
